Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how CollabHire handles personal information in connection with its marketing website and its enterprise hiring platform. It is written for two audiences: visitors to this website, and candidates and users whose data is processed through the platform on behalf of our customers.
For candidate data processed inside the hiring platform, our customer (the employer) is the controller and CollabHire acts as a processor under that customer’s instructions and agreements.
Information we collect
- Website visitors. Contact details you submit through forms (such as a demo request), and standard technical information such as pages viewed and referrer.
- Platform users and candidates. Information provided by our customers and by candidates during hiring, including profile, application and evaluation data, processed under our customer agreements.
How we use information
- To respond to sales and support enquiries.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and platform.
- To meet legal, contractual and security obligations.
We do not use candidate data to make automated hiring decisions. Automation and AI features are assistive and operate under human oversight and customer configuration.
Sharing and sub-processors
We share information with service providers who help us operate the website and platform under appropriate contractual and security controls. A current sub-processor list is available to customers and prospects under evaluation.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information. Candidates should contact the employer they applied to; that employer directs how their data is handled.
